Industrial Coatings
Our Field Service teams specializes in industrial coating system applications. At Onsite USA we know that quality is the most important factor of a coating systems life cycle. We carefully monitor the process from start to finish. The surface is sandblasted to the appropriate profile for the coating. The profile depth is confirmed after blasting is complete. Our coatings are specifically designed for industrial applications. All areas are inspected for full coverage and mil thickness is measured throughout the application process.

We have the capability to offer multiple systems depending on your specific needs and constraints. Our systems are completed utilizing 100% epoxy systems.

We offer wear resistant polyurea linings for high wear and impact applications. This system is applied at a minimum of a 1/4" thick up to 1 1/2" in 1/2" lifts. This coating can be later repaired without having to remove the original coating as it will bond to itself years after the original installation.

Epoxy Coating Products

Onsite USA Corp sources our epoxy coatings from Thin Film Technologies. All our coating systems are blended in the united states. The coatings we use are 100% solid resulting in no VOCs. This makes our coating safe for use in confined spaces, tanks, cyclones, and hazardous spaces. Working alongside the manufacture of our coatings gives us the ability to fine tune our coating systems to every sites needs.

Bio-Dur 560

This is our flagship coating system. Epoxy reinforced with small Kevlar* fibers makes this coating resistant to light wear along with chemical corrosion. Bio-Dur 560 is applied using our airless plural component machine.

This coating system is utilized in high wear applications. Applied to trough and conveyance surfaces to keep create lower surface tensions and provide wear protection.

Bio-Flor 182

This coating system is utilized for high chemical resistant flooring systems. Most industrial facilities use harsh chemicals to clean their floors and material spills. This coating system is meant to keep you from having to continuously repair your floor in these areas.
